Dominos would test-market a new pizza or food item every month in some obscure corner of the U.S. It meant a lot of fun work with very quick turnarounds. Some of their products didn’t make it, there’s only so much advertising can do for dessert pizza, or fried brownies with fudge dipping sauce.
